WHAT MANY PEOPLE FORGET, IS THAT THE IRANIAN STUDENTS THREATENED TO KILL THE HOSTAGES IF ANY ACTION WAS TAKEN TO RESCUE THEM,
OR HARM IRAN IN ANY WAY.
Iranian Criminals called on the death of Americans if force was used to retaliate against Iran. This criminal's name was Abdi.

This man was mentioned before, he is one of the student leaders. It is possible he is in the photos below, where they openly
threaten our hostages with death if our forces try to rescue them.

The American People were quite upset with what was happening. We were mixed in national opinion. We just had a 12 year war
with Vietnam still in our recent memories, and war again seemed to loom over our heads. Still, patriotic Americans stood up
and responded to the mobs of Iranians that filled the streets of Tehran. The difference is, we were not called into the streets
by our government, we are a free people, and we did it on our own.
Here is a shot of some patriotic Americans, holding up the Iranian Flag and burning it, simulating what the Iranians were
doing to our people. The difference is, these people paid for the flag with their own money, they took the day off without
pay, and the government did not tell them to do it, they did it in a free country.

in America protesting against the Shah and the United States!! You can be sure it caused a lot of animosity! If an American
tried to do this in Iran, he would have been thrown in Jail!
Here is proof of the differences between our countries, Iran and the United States of America. These are Iranian students,
here in America going to school, and they themselves started a protest FOR the Ayatollah and FOR what was happening in Iran
to our people!!
Notice there are no police beating them with batons, no one is stoning them to death, no one is holding
them hostage!! They were allowed to do this!!
I do hope that they were...discouraged from ever doing it again, though.
In fact, at several Pro-Iranian rallies, some of the Iranians were so vocal and outwardly threatening, some of the American
bystanders could take no more of the abuse, and the burning of the American Flag by these Iranians while in the U.S., that
these bystanders took matters into their own hands, and several fights broke out. The Iranians were smart to not do this near
a Marine or Army base!
This rally here was in Tehran. Look at the size of the crowd! You would have to call anational holiday to get that many people!
